About Us
Our business is made up of entrepreneurs, creators, designers, visionaries and dreamers who are all family. We are connected as cousins, aunts, uncles, mothers, fathers, and even in-laws. They say never to do business with family, but we have been able to put any differences and issues aside, coming together to create a customer experience unlike any other.
It all started with Morgan and Amanda, two sisters who love their frequent trips with their families to Harry Potter World in Universal Studios, Orlando. They became enamored with Harry Potter pins, thus starting their collections. The problem was, what do they do with them? No one wants to spend a good amount of money on pins for them to be put into a drawer never to be seen again. Let's not sugar coat it, we want to show our pins off!
That is when they stumbled upon the ITA bag; a backpack specifically designed to showcase pin collections. Finally! A perfect way to show off their valuable pin collections in or out of Universal Studios. They found a bag on a particular marketplace that seemed to be of high quality. Once purchased, it became apparent that this ita bag was not worth its price. They then turned to another bag, but it was even worse. This is the best that is out there? More research did not yield better results. There are so many great quality backpacks out there, why couldn't that quality be transferred to ita backpacks?
This marked the day when the family set out to change the game. We were determined to mesh high quality materials and a flawless, practical design, with the ability to showcase hard-earned pin collections. After over a year of designing, creating, manufacturing, and redesigning, recreating, and remanufacturing, the Lapelling ita bag was born!
